Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Priyo Pet & Vet Care’s online pet shop. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website for pet products and accessories. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
– We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Refunds
– If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
– Refunds may take 14 (fourteen) working days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.
3. Exchanges
– We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
4. Non-Returnable Items
– Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

– Personalized or custom-made items
5. Damaged or Defective Items
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a video record of the unboxing video to arrange for a replacement or refund.
